- At first soak white chickpeas over night then add them in pressure cooker add salt baking soda and water and let them boil for 30 mints then rince it's water and took 1cup of leftover water aside..
- Now add the leftover chickpeas water in a pan add 2tbsp cornflour in it and mix cook for 5 min then put aside and let it be cool
- Now add boiled chickpeas in a bowl add immli chutney, red chillinpowder,red chilli flakes,chaat massla,salt,bhuna masala and mix now add the prepared cornflour mixture and mix it well
