- Mash aalu me corn flour namak, haldi, jeera powder mix krenge
- Achhe se mix krne ke baad tikki ka shape denge.
- Garam tawe par oil dalenge fir tikki ko brown hone tak achhe se sek lenge.
- Ab ek tikki ko plate me nikal lijiye
- Tikki ke upar kala namak daliye, ab jeera powder daliye
- Fir usme boiled chane ko daliye.
- Ab aap sab se pahle namak fir jeera powder, pyaz, gajar(grated), dahi, green chutney, red mirch powder, green chilli, papdi, sev daliye.
- Ab aapka chaat serve ke liye ready hai.
