- Prepare 8 pieces Pav/ breads -
- Provide 2 tablespoon Oil/ tel -
- Use 1 cup Chopped capsicums/ simla mirch -
- Take 1 cup Chopped onions/ pyaz -
- Provide 1/2 cup Boiled mashed potatoes/ aloo -
- You need 2 cup Chopped tomatoes/ tamatar -
- Take 4 tablespoon Butter/ makkhan -
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric/ haldi powder -
- You need 2 Chopped green chili/ hari mirch -
- You need 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala -
- Take Chopped coriander leaves/ dhaniya patta for garnish
- Take to taste Salt/ namak
- Take 1 cup Water/ pani -
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Add tomatoes, capsicums and saute for 8-10 minutes. Allow it to cool down and grind with green chilies and potatoes.
- Heat a pan, add butter, turmeric and above ground mixture. Add water, salt and pav bhaji masala.
- Cook for 5 minutes and then sprinkle freshly chopped coriander and switch off the flame.
- Heat a tava and shallow fry pavs with butter.
