- Get 2 large onions
- Provide 1 large tomato

- Provide 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste

- You need 50 gms paneer
Instructions to make Egg Banzara curry:
- Boil the eggs hard.Cool,unshell and set aside with knife,scratching the sides.Shallow fry turning into brown colour and set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl mix together all the masala powders with water salt and sugar and set aside.
- Chop the onions into fine slices. Cut the tomato, capsicum and carrot into small cubes.Sprinkle some salt on the vegetables.
- Heat one to two tbspn of oil in a kdhrai and put the kasuri methi. Fry till smells.Add onion slices and ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Gradually add capsicum and carrot and continue frying. When the vegetables become soft and changes colour add the masala paste and continue frying.
- Add some water and put on the lid.When the gravy starts smelling well turn up the lid and adjust water salt and sugar content.Gently put the tomato pie ces and the fried eggs.
- Turn the gravy up and down all over the egg.Thereafter put it in the serving container. Put on shredded paneer from the top and serve with rice/rotis/parathas as per your choice.
