  1. Use 125 gms Besan( 5 tbsp approximately
  2. Get 5 big Tomatoes,few kukum
  3. Provide Mix Vegs (Bheedi, potato, cauliflower,arbi, brinjal,gavar,suran)
  4. Use All Spices including Salt
  5. You need 3/4 green chillies, few curry patta, corrriander leaves, ginger
  6. Prepare For Tadkaa; mustard seeds, Methi seeds, Jeera, Red chilli powder
  7. Get Oil as required
Instructions to make Khadi (Besan):
  1. In a big Cooker,put Oil, when heating put chopped green chillies, saute for 1 minute,add 1/2 tsp Rai, Jeera, methi seeds,put immediately Besan (5tbsp),stir continuously till Besan change colour to brownish and separates Oil,add 2/2 tsp Red chilli powder,now add little water and tomato puree and saute for few minutes,add water as required
