  1. Pressure cook Kabuli Chana in cooker.Close the lid and pressure cook till 5-6 whistles.Off the flame when done.Open the lid and check that channa are soft or not.If not then pressure cook them again till 2-3 whistles.
  2. Off the gas and open the lid.
  3. In a pan heat oil. Add grinded masalas, dry pomegranate seeds, dhania, jeera powder, red chilli powder, Haldi powder and salt.
  4. Stir the masalas. Roast for 2 minutes.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and stir and mix with the masalas.
  6. Close the lid and let the tomatoes turn into soft gravy. Let it cook for few minutes.
  7. Cook till the oil oozes out from the gravy on the sides.
  8. Mix the gravy and masala well. Add boiled chole and mix it with gravy.
  9. Let it cook for few minutes till thick gravy formed.
  10. Off the flame.
  11. Transfer the Chole into serving dish and serve Piping hot with Puri or Batura or Nan.
