- You need 1 cup gram flour
- You need 1 cup wheat flour
- Prepare 2 tbsp semolina

- Mix all the flours and dried spices, salt and oil ghee and crumble it well.
- Add dried fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
- Now add little by little water and knead a hard dough. Rest it for at least 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take some oil and knead for 10-15 minutes or till it becomes smooth.
- Thrn roll it thick like paratha. Cut it in your drsired shape. I used a cookie cutter, prick with a fork.
- On a medium,heat oil and deep fry mathris from both sides.
- Once it cools down completely, store it in air tight container.
