  1. You need 1 cup gram flour
  2. You need 1 cup wheat flour
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp semolina
  4. You need 1/4 cup oil+ghee

  1. Mix all the flours and dried spices, salt and oil ghee and crumble it well.
  2. Add dried fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
  3. Now add little by little water and knead a hard dough. Rest it for at least 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, take some oil and knead for 10-15 minutes or till it becomes smooth.
  5. Thrn roll it thick like paratha. Cut it in your drsired shape. I used a cookie cutter, prick with a fork.
  6. On a medium,heat oil and deep fry mathris from both sides.
  7. Once it cools down completely, store it in air tight container.
