- You need 1 bowl mogra
- Provide 2 tb sp cooking oil
- You need 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Use 1 onion
- Provide 1 Tomato
- Take 4-6 pods garlic
- Provide 1 " piece ginger
- Prepare 1 tb sp kasuri methi
- You need To taste salt
- Use 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Use 2 tb sp kasuri methi
- Take 1 glass water
Steps to make Besan Mongra Curry:
- Peel, Wash, Chop and grind onion, garlic, ginger and tomato in a mixer. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grinded masala and cook on medium flame till oil leaves the sides.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and kasuri methi and let it simmer on low flame for 1 minute.
- Now add water and let it come to boiling point. When water starts boiling switch off the flame
