  1. Firstly chop 1 onion,1 tomato and 1 green chilli…now take 1 bowl,add 1 katori besan,1/2 tsp ajwain,salt,red chilli,chat masala,chilli flakes,organeo,kasoori methi.,1/4 tsp amchoor powder..and mix it properly
  2. Now add chppped veggies and add water slowly slowly to avoid lumps and make a batter….just remember one thing batter must not be very thick
  3. Now put desi ghee on tawa…and put the batter on tawa and make a round shape…apply desi ghee and now cook another side by applying desi ghee
  4. Serve the chilla in a plate and apply desi ghee on it…serve it with ketchup and your favourite pickle…u can also serve it with curd..as your kids choice
