  1. In a pan, Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Toss it till it become golden brown.
  2. Then Add 1/2 cup water. When it starts boiling, Add 1/4 cup suji following Smashed Potato and Soaked Poha. Mix it well till it starts forming a dough.
  3. Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl then add seasoning (Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Italian Seasoning, salt and Bread Crumbs). Mix it well and Form a dough.
  4. With wet hands, take 1 tsp of dough and make patties Shape.
  5. Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan at Medium flame. When the oil starts heating, fry the patties on both sides till it forms golden brown colour.
  6. Serve the Patties with tamarind chutney, curd and some bhuji.
