- Take 2 teaspoons ghee
- Provide As required Pomegranate
- Get Some Mango slices
- Use As required Imli chutney

- Use 100 grams Paneer or boiled chana
- Prepare As required Chopped dryfryuits

Instructions to make Chole tikki:
- Boil potatoes, soak Kabuli chana overnight
- Make puree of tomatoes, onion ginger and green chillies, take out some boiled chana add chat masala and make mixture or u can take paneer
- Take small portion of mashed potatoes make round and make it flat put the filling and cover it and make tikki
- Take tawa put butter and cook tikki
- Take another kadai, put oil jeera hing and put puree add all spices except Kasuri methi and mix well as oil starts leaving put boiled chana mix well add Kasuri methi mix well add ghee and cover it and let it cook for 10 minutes
- Tikki and chole ready
- Take plate,cut tikki horizontally into two pieces put chole garnish with fresh green coriander leaves pomegranate and onion
