- Get 1 tbsp salt

- Now soak the chanay overnight,next day drain the water add 2 teaspoon of meetha soda for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Next heat the pan add oil / ghee add onions and ginger garlic paste sauté it then add zeera and green chilli with tomato mix it well.
- Now add chanay and cook it with spoon 🥄 then add yogurt and continuely stir it well.
- Add 2 cups of mutton yakhni and cook it until it becomes tender completely.
- After 30 minutes check the chanay if it’s tender than cream, Coriander, julienne ginger and garnishing with cream.
