The ingredients needed to cook Masala Pohe:

- Provide 1/2 bowl peanuts
- You need 1 Boiled potato
- Take 1/2 bowl peas
- Use 1 onion
- Take 1 Green chilli
- Prepare 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves
- Provide 1 " piece ginger
- Provide 10-12 raisins
- Take 1 piece fresh coconut
- Take 2 tb sp cooking oil
- Provide 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Get To taste salt
- Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1 pt. Maggi masala
- Get 1 tsp sugar
- Use 1 lemon
Instructions to make Masala Pohe:
- Wash poha in water for 2-3 times. Strain it and keep in sieve.
- Peel wash and Chop onion ginger, green chilli, potato, coriander leaves, peas. Keep ready all ingredients.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chopped onion and ginger. Saute for 30 seconds on low flame. Add peas, green chilli, and cook for 2-3 minutes till it gets soften and onions turned transculent. Add salt, red chilli pepper, turmeric powder and mix.
- Mix well. Now add potatoes, grated coconut, peanuts and raisins and mix well.
- Saute for 2 minutes. Add Poha and mix
- Add sugar in it and squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
- Mix small sachet of Maggi masala in it.
- Serve hot with sauce or masala tea.
