- Mash boiled potatoes. Soak poha in water for 2 minutes. Drain it. Chop onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilli. Grate ginger.
- Now in a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, soaked and drained poha and all the chopped vegetables. Mix well.
