The ingredients needed to prepare Fish Kebabs:
  1. Take 1 kg fish (king fish or mackerel, or even canned tuna)
  2. Provide 2 boiled potatoes
  3. Take Cubed onions and corriander
  4. You need Ginger, garlic paste
  5. Prepare Dry Spices (black pepper, fish masala and turmeric powder)
  6. Get 1 egg
  7. You need Oil for deep frying
  8. Provide Bell Pepper
  9. You need Lemon juice
Steps to make Fish Kebabs:
  1. Wash your fish, I used mackerel fish in mine (una), cheap and readily available. Has enough flesh too!
