- Take a bowl, add poha in it then add 2 cups of water in it and soak it for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes drain all the water with the help of stainer(chhanni).
- In anothe bowl take soaked poha and mash well with your hands.Add grated or mashed potatoes
- Add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, ajwain, turmeric powder,chaat msala, black pepper powder, coriander powder and coriander seeds.
