- You need 1 cup chana daal

Instructions to make Dhuska:
- Soak rice, chana dal, urad dal for 7-8 hours.
- Then after 8 hours grind the dals and rice into a fine paste, it should not be thick nor thin, it should be of a medium consistency.
- While making the paste of the dals and rice add all the spices and the pastes then take it out in bowl and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Then heat some oil in a wok and to it pour the mixture and fry them till it turns golden brown.
- Fry them in medium flame, next take it out in a plate and transfer them on a plate and serve with green chutney or any thing of your choice.
