  1. Firstly in a bowl add rice,chana dal, urad dal and add 3glass of water and soaked it for overnight.
  2. Next morning in a grinding jar add rice and dal mixture, green chilli, garlic, ginger, whole black pepper, cumin seeds and make a smooth thick paste.
  3. Transfer the batter in the bowl and add salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and whole cumin seeds. Mix it well
  4. Now in a frying pan add oil when it becomes hot drop the ladleful batter in it for deep frying.
  5. Frying the both sides untill it's turns golden brown in colour. Dhuska is ready. Good going with chola.
