  2. Get 50 gm Chana dal
  3. You need 50 gm Urad dal(black utensils)
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. You need 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. Get 1 pinch Asafoetida
  7. Provide 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  8. Provide 1/2 chopped garlic
  9. Provide 1/2 tsp Soda
  10. Take Salt as taste
  11. Use Oil for frying
Steps to make Dhuska:
  1. Wash the rice,Chana dal,Urad dal.
  2. Soak it for at least for 3 hours.
  3. Now,make the fine paste of soaked rice and dal.
  4. Add salt, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin seeds into the paste and mix well.
  5. Now,heat oil in ladder.Add asafoetida,cumin seeds,chopped garlic.
  6. Give this tadka to the batter.
  7. Add soda to the batter and mix it well and leave it for 10 minutes.
  8. Now,heat mustard oil in the kadahi.
  9. Now,take a spoonful batter in the ladder and deep fry in the oil.
  10. Let it be fry untill it turns into golden colour.
  11. Serve it with onion rings,kulhads tea and coconut Chana dal chutney.
