- Use For Tikki -
- You need 1 cup Sama Chawal
- Prepare 1/2 cup Beetroot boiled
- You need 2 potatoes boiled
- You need 2-3 green chillies ,chopped
- Get 1 ginger chopped
- Provide 1/4 cup peanuts roasted and chopped
- Take As per taste Sendha Salt
- Prepare As required Ghee to shallow fry
- You need For Sesame & Mint Chutney:
- Use 2 Tbsp sesame seed roasted
- Take 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- You need 1/2 cup mint leaves
- You need 1 ginger
- You need 2-3 green chillies
- Take 1/2 cup thick curd

- For Chutney - in a bowl add coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped ginger, roasted sesame seeds, green chillies and make a paste. Set aside. The Chutney is ready.
- For Tikki - Boil potato. Boil Beetroot. Soak the Sama Chawal for 1 hour.
- Mash the potatoes and Beetroot together. Roast the peanut and chopped fine
- Drain the Sama chawal water. Add the Sama Chawal to the Beetroot, potatoes and mix well.
- Add to it chopped green chillies, sendha salt, chopped ginger to it and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
- Make balls and flatten in your palms and the tikkis are ready.
- Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the Tikkis.
