  2. Take 1 cup Sama Chawal
  3. Provide 1/2 cup Beetroot boiled
  4. You need 2 potatoes boiled
  5. Provide 2-3 green chillies ,chopped
  6. Get 1 ginger chopped
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup peanuts roasted and chopped
  8. Take As per taste Sendha Salt
  9. Use As required Ghee to shallow fry
  10. Take For Sesame & Mint Chutney:
  11. You need 2 Tbsp sesame seed roasted
  12. Get 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  13. Use 1/2 cup mint leaves
  14. Use 1 ginger
  15. Take 2-3 green chillies
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup thick curd
Instructions to make Sama Chawal & Beetroot Tikki with Sesame seed & Mint Chutney:
  1. For Chutney - in a bowl add coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped ginger, roasted sesame seeds, green chillies and make a paste. Set aside. The Chutney is ready.
  2. For Tikki - Boil potato. Boil Beetroot. Soak the Sama Chawal for 1 hour.
  3. Mash the potatoes and Beetroot together. Roast the peanut and chopped fine
  4. Drain the Sama chawal water. Add the Sama Chawal to the Beetroot, potatoes and mix well.
  5. Add to it chopped green chillies, sendha salt, chopped ginger to it and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
  6. Make balls and flatten in your palms and the tikkis are ready.
  7. Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the Tikkis.
  8. Plate and enjoy a healthy snack
