  1. For making burger buns, take 1/2 cup warm water in that add sugar and yeast, mix with spoon and keep it for 5mnts. Now in a non-stick pan take 1/2 cup water add 2 tbsp maida and mix and make a medium thick slurry.

  4. The balls will double in size. Now brush some milk and on.top sprinkle some sesame and put in pre heated oven at 190ยฐc for 12 mnts.

  6. For Cutles, take soaked and drained poha and smashed it properly. Now add smashed potatoes and the rest of the masalas and combined everything.
