- Prepare 1 cup maida

- For stuffing:- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil in it and add grated cauliflower, ginger,onion and capsicum in it. Add salt and black pepper powder as per your taste and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Now take a bowl add maida and a pinch of salt and little bit of oil and mix them well and knead a dough add water gradually. Knead a soft dough.
- Now take a small portion from the dough.and roll it into thin small sized roti and fill it with the stuffing.
- Now take a small pan add 2 tsp of oil in it and pan fried these momos.till they turn golden brown.take them out and keep aside.
- For tandoori flavour:- take a bowl add curd it.now add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,tandoori mayonnise and ketchup in it.
- Now add all your momos and onion and capsicum in it (cube shaped) mix them gently using your hands or a spoon.
- Now add a little bit of butter in a pan (2 tsp) and pan fried these momos along with the veggies. Till they change colour and turns crispy.
- Now take them out in a plate.sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
