  1. In a bowl mix in mayonnaise, garlic mayo, ketcup, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Keep aside
  2. Marinate chicken with tandoori masala, soya sauce, salt and pepper, lemon and yoghurt. Cook and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, salt and pepper, red chilli flakes. Mix and fry for 2 minutes. Add spring onion cook for another 2 min and keep aside.
  4. In a pot boil water, salt and oil. Add rice and cook until fully done.
  5. For layering: layer rice, vegetables, chicken and sauce.
  6. Put in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
