- Take 1 cup curd
- You need 2 tbsp green moong (sprouts)
- Take 2 tbsp black gram (sprouts)

- Saute for 15 second, add curd mixture and mix well.
- Stirring regularly. After one boil add salt.
- Cook for 10 minute on low flame till it becomes little thick.

- Cook 5 minute on low flame. Switch off the gas.
