- First boil the eggs. Then Marinate the the chicken with ginger and garlic paste, red Chile and turmeric powder, curd, salt and mustard oil. Keep it aside. Now chop the onion tomatoes, potatoes, garlic and ginger.
- Next take the hard boiled egg, just add some salt and turmeric to it. In a pan add mustard oil. Fry the egg. For few min. Then keep it aside.
