- You need 2 whole sea bream
- Take 1 large cauliflower
- Get 2 large fennel (or 6 baby)
- Prepare 2 large apples

- Chop the fennel (save the fennel tops), apple and cauliflower
- Season the cauliflower with the curry powder, cumin and olive oil
