- Get 2 tablespoons finely chopped Onion
- You need 100 g Mozzarella Cheese OR Pizza Mix *shredded or torn into small pieces

- Get Teriyaki Chicken
- You need 350-400 g Chicken Thigh Fillets
- Use 1 pinch Salt
- Use 1 teaspoon Oil
- Use 1 tablespoon Mirin

- Take 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
