  4. Get 7 chilli pepper
  5. You need 3 bell pepper different color
  6. You need 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  7. Provide 2 tbsp sugar
  8. Provide 4 tsp corn flour into 4 tbls cold water
  9. Provide to taste salt
  10. You need 3 knorr cube
Steps to make Sweet and Sour Sauce:
  1. Wash and dice pepper and set it aside; dice onions and bell pepper in big chunk and set aside, mix corn flour and cold water stir and set aside
  2. Heat up a frying pan and pour veg oil and once its hot, add onions and after a minute add the pepper and stir for a minute
  3. Add rice vinegar, sugar, salt and knorr cube and stir allow it cook for another 2 minutes
  4. Add the corn flour water by now the sauce becomes thick then add the fried chicken breast and stir add little water
  5. Finally add bell pepper and turn off heat immediately and serve with white rice
