Instructions to make Surti paratha:
- Mix salt and water in wheat flour and knead a soft dough, peel and mashed potatoes, finely chopped all veggies except potato, squeeze excess water of chopped veggies and mix in mashed potatoes and boil corn,mix salt and allspices in it.Smear oil on both side of papad and roast in a pan.
- Divide the dough in 5 equal parts and stuff the stuffing inside it and roll it with rolling pin into a thick paratha, roast from both side by applying oil on tawa.
