- Get 1 chopped onion
- Get 1 chopped carrot

- Take a deep pot keep water for boiling. Once it gets boiled add washed Macaroni pasta into it and cook for 10 minutes. In between after 5 minutes add 1 TSP oil and salt into it and mix it
- After 10 minutes strain it in a colander and set aside
- Take a non-stick kadai or pan add butter and heat it in a low flame. Once gets heat add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.once it gets translucent add chilli ginger garlic crushed into it and saute till raw smell goes of

- Once smells comes of all veggies add Macaroni pasta into it and cook for more 5 to 10 minutes in low flame.
- Once everything gets cooked. Close the lid and rest for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes. Serve Macaroni pasta into the plate and grate cheese into it and serve it. Serve Hot!
