- Take Yakhni:
- Provide 1 choti onion
- You need 1 full garlic(bunch)
- Provide 2 tbsp saunf
- Provide 2 tbsp sabut dhaniya
- Get 1 tbsp salt or to taste
- Take 7-8 cup water
Instructions to make Chicken pulao:
- Yakhni ke ingredients aik bary bhagonny main daal kar stove par rakh dain or halki anch(flame) par 30-40 minute pakain. Jab pak jai tou chicken or yakhni alag karlain.
- Dusry bartan main 1/2 cup oil or 2 kati(chopped) onion or brown karlain or phr us main 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste dalain or phr chicken daal kar achy se paka lain.
- Dahi(yogurt) ke andr garam masala ke ingredients daal kar mix karlain or phr us mixture ko chicken main properly mix karlain.
- Chicken ke andr phr rice daal dain us ke upar yakhni (sieve) hui daal dain. Itni ho ke rice achy se yakhni ke undr hon or pura cover karly usko.
- 10-15 minutes ke lia pakain or jab pani dry hojai tou, us ko daam par rakh dain on slow flam for about 10-15 minutes.
- Jab daam lag jai tou brown onion upar se bicha dain or garam garam serve karain!!
- Serve hot with raita, salad and lal chutney!!
